What kind of support can Wellspring provide our event?
Wellspring can offer guidance and support leading up to and possibly on your event date including answering questions and website promotion. Wellspring may be able to help provide promotional support, volunteer support, a DVD called the Miracle of Wellspring and/or a speaker. Unfortunately, Wellspring does not have the resources available to help you sell tickets for your event and as a general rule we do not ask Members to support or attend events.
- Recruiting volunteers to help organize and attend your event.
- Securing sponsors for your event (if required).
- Designing your own promotional materials.
- Inviting guests/selling tickets.
- Funding or reimbursing of event expenses.
- Planning your overall event.
- Submitting the net proceeds to Wellspring!
Tax receipts?
Wellspring Chinguacousy issues tax receipts in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency guidelines. If you have a special request or situation, please contact us at 905.792.6480.
May I use the Wellspring logo?
Yes. Please contact Marley Batenchuk, Fundraising Coordinator at 905-792-6480 for our brand guidelines and to receive an official Wellspring logo in the format required. We would appreciate receiving/approving a copy of all promotional materials that incorporate the Wellspring logo before materials go to print.
Will someone from Wellspring attend my event?
We make a special effort to participate in all of our community partner's events. Let us know how you would like us to be involved in your event and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
