The Wellspring Chinguacousy Foundation, founded on November 29, 2005, is dedicated to supporting individuals and families living with cancer. The Foundation worked with individuals and organizations in the community to raise the dollars needed to build the cancer support centre in Brampton and fund its first three years of operation and is now focused on raising ongoing operating costs (about $450K per year). The Foundation ensures that all donor contributions are used for their designated purpose and every dollar raised is used as efficiently as possible. All programs are offered free of charge and without referral.
